各位學界友好，過去一年本會致力於開拓不同文化歷史項目，適逢創會三週年，今年 「史學新秀年獎 2021 史學論壇」將改為由青年學人直播分享個人研究成果，影片亦會於稍後上載至本會不同社交平台。
【第一講】鄔進澔先生：戰後馬鞍山村的發展
Jimmy 畢業於嶺南大學，獲歷史(榮譽)文學士，其發表論文為〈戰後馬鞍山村的發展〉（Postwar Development of Ma On Shan Village）
研究摘要如下：
After the establishment of PRC, many KMT officials came to Ma On Shan Quarry as miners. As the business progressed, thousands of people settled from seashore to hilltop, forming Ma On Shan Village. With insignificant support from the Government, the community at hilltop and seashore were developed with the effort of Churches and neighborhoods, in terms of social, political, economic, spiritual, and urban planning analysis, due to remoteness. Until the closure of the Quarry, the community at seashore faced tremendous change as the government commenced New Town Development in the 1980s. The seashore has become a vivid city space linking with the prosperous Shatin. However, Mo On Shan Village at the hilltop is still to be abandoned by the government since the start of the story. With the opening of Lutheran Grace Youth Camp, the remoted village is ready to be known with the glorious history of miners in the past.
【第二講】黃家裕先生：論法顯從小島到耶婆提之日數問題
Roy 就讀於香港教育大學中國歷史教育榮譽學士四年級，其發表論文為〈論法顯從小島到耶婆提之日數問題〉
研究摘要如下：
法顯著《佛國記》一文中，法顯歸還廣州的海路途中，曾坐船自師子國到耶婆提國，航行日子為九十天。學界對此問題有不少爭議，現在主要有三說，分別為坐船九十日，坐船九、十日，和坐船十九日。三說各有學者支持，本文先將各學說的問題點出，再多角度論證指出三個學說最為可信之說。
【第三講】劉健宇先生：1950年前香港的紅十字活動
Samuel 就讀於香港教育大學中國歷史教育榮譽學士五年級，其發表論文為〈1950年前香港的紅十字活動〉
研究摘要如下：
香港紅十字會成立於1950年，現為中國紅十字會下高度自治的分會——在1997年前為英國紅十字會的分會。早於1894年，國際紅十字運動已開始於中國大陸傳播，中國最早的紅十字組織為1904年沈敦等人發起成立的「東三省紅十字普濟善會」；翌年廣東省亦成立了紅十字組織。以香港為本的正式紅十字組織始於1950年，但此前香港卻有不少紅十字活動，例如二次大戰前中國紅十字總會的駐港辦事處便用於人道善款的跨境轉帳、香港市民為內地的紅十字事業募捐等。
戰後英國紅十字會以香港為據點，先後成立中國專員公署（China Commission）、香港督導委員會（Advisory Committee to British Red Cross, Hong Kong）以進行華南及香港的人道救援工作；紅十字國際委員會（時稱「日內瓦萬國紅十字會」）亦有派駐代表白禮（Frederick Bieri, Delegate of ICRC），其工作包括關注在港還押的戰犯福址。回顧這段歷史，早於1884年成立的香港聖約翰救護機構與紅十字會功能相近，不少港府官員並不樂見成立功能相近的新組織。本文將從上述各段時間、組織的發展，闡述1950年前的香港紅十字活動。
